Once we have completed a walkthrough of your space, we will create a custom quote based on what we found. We will use this information to calculate estimated cleaning time and how our standard rates and travel fees would apply to your service.

The timing guide gives an estimate of what we expect your clean to take — please note that every home is unique and actual time may vary. The first maintenance cleaning will typically take up to 40% longer than subsequent cleans.

Your first clean is all about setting the stage for future visits. These typically take a little longer than recurring cleans, and depending on how much dust and grime have built up, it may take a couple of visits to get everything truly dialed in. We appreciate open communication on how things are going to ensure expectations are being met.

If you’d like to work within a specific budget, we completely understand! We offer service packages designed to give flexibility while still ensuring our team is compensated fairly. We’d be glad to talk through options and tailor a plan that works for you.

Once the maximum quoted time has been reached, our cleaners will pause, and management will reach out to confirm approval if additional time is needed. Our quotes are based on experience and industry knowledge, but homes can hold surprises — some areas may take longer than they first appear. If extra time is needed and can’t be completed the same day, we’ll work with you to schedule a follow-up visit which will be billed at our return rate of $45/hour.

We also understand that people can have off days. If you ever notice something our team missed, please let us know. Anything reported within 24 hours of your cleaning will be corrected with a return visit, free of charge.

·         To add any additional cleans to your rotation send a message to us at our office number with a description of what you are looking for, your preferred day and time for the addition. Someone from our team will reach out to you to get that scheduled asap.

·         Need to cancel? No problem! Simply send a quick text to our office phone and we will take care of it!

·         Need to reschedule? We can take care of that too! Send us a message with any preferred dates and time, and someone from our team will follow up to confirm!

Preparing For Your Clean

To help us make the most of each cleaning visit, here are a few helpful tips:

Declutter surfaces and floors – This allows us to clean more thoroughly without moving items.
 ✔ Secure personal items and valuables – While we take great care in our work, we recommend putting away anything delicate or irreplaceable.
 ✔ Ensure easy access to all areas – If certain rooms or spaces are locked, please ensure they’re accessible or noted for our team.
 ✔ Contain or secure pets – We love animals! However, for their safety and ours, we kindly ask that pets be placed in a secure and comfortable space during the cleaning.

Invoices are sent the same day the cleaning is completed.

If you notice any areas that were missed or have concerns about your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll send a team back to address any issues at no extra charge.

Payment will be due within 7 days from the date of issuance.

**For commercial accounts or large-scale projects (over $1,000), a 50% deposit is due at time of booking; the remaining balance is due upon completion. A card must be placed on file at time of confirmation.
